We began by assigning data submission responsibilities to the relevant supporting teams, removing the need for manual data collection. Then, we replaced the static PowerPoint pack with an interactive Tableau dashboard.
Rather than simply replicating the original report, we redesigned it to enhance clarity and deliver deeper, more actionable insights. Stakeholders were involved throughout the project to ensure the final product met their needs and was easy to adopt.
the outcome
The improved process significantly reduced the time required to produce monthly reports. Instead of three weeks of effort, the task now takes just one to two days, mainly for checking and refreshing the dashboard.
