Dufrain developed a single view of the customer marketing preferences to identify and segment affected cohorts. This enabled the strategic remediation of consent preferences, prioritising customers to align with complementary initiatives and capture new gold-standard permissions.
A comprehensive reporting suite was created in Tableau to monitor objectives, track key results, and flag unexpected behaviours requiring intervention.

Dufrain standardised and rectified millions of customer records to provide the client with a singular, clear view of customer marketing preferences. This unlocked 4.5 million customers who could then be marketed to compliantly.
As a result, it is forecast that the client will realise tens of millions of pounds worth of additional revenue annually through sales of additional products and services while meeting regulatory requirements.
