Aerial Direct, a fast-growing telecoms provider and O2’s largest Direct Business Partner, needed a robust, cloud-first data platform to support its growth strategy.

Key challenges included:

  • Data captured across disparate systems with no unified customer view
  • Reporting processes were manual, inefficient, and inconsistent
  • No clear governance framework in place across the Power Platform
  • A need to modernise Azure infrastructure while adhering to compliance

Dufrain partnered with Aerial Direct to co-create a solution centred on performance, governance, and scalability. Our team designed the Azure estate with best-practice architecture and delivered a scalable, serverless Azure SQL data warehouse.

Using Azure Data Factory, we built a meaningful data model and reinforced cloud governance through Azure policy initiatives, while also showcasing Azure Purview to enhance data governance visibility.

To ensure clarity and continuity, documentation was provided at every stage of the project, and we embedded a collaborative, agile working style to support Aerial Direct’s evolving needs. The result was a modern data platform fully aligned with their strategic vision.
