Matt Cook

Senior BI Consultant

Typically, my day would start with a project catch-up meeting to discuss the day’s objectives and update on progress so far. Continue working on the Conduct Risk dashboard we’ve built in SAS Visual Analytics and probably a conference call or two. Deliberate over which of the City’s many eateries to visit for lunch. Mix all that together with the extra responsibilities being a Senior Consultant entails (which could range from interviewing possible candidates to organising a team night out) and that’s pretty much a typical day.

What attracted you to working at Dufrain?

The quality of the employees both technically and personally and the opportunities that come with joining a rapidly expanding and exciting consultancy.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

The variety of work that being a consultant brings and meeting new and interesting people.

Career achievement you’re most proud of?

Becoming a Senior Consultant at Dufrain, of course!

What advice would you give your younger self starting out in your career?
